Refunds and Returns Policy

The transaction under which you purchased a water dispenser and/or water filtration system from SPIRIT WATER PRO is considered a sale and/or a distance service transaction, as applicable under consumer protection rules governing remote purchases.

The details below form an integral part of the disclosure information provided in connection with a remote purchase made by telephone and/or through the SPIRIT WATER PRO website.

Hot and cold drinking water dispenser, including a drinking water filtration system.

Service details and support arrangements will be provided by SPIRIT WATER PRO customer service.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel the transaction, for any reason, within 14 days from the date the product is installed at your premises or from the date you receive this disclosure form, whichever is later.

If you are recognised as a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, you may cancel the transaction within 4 months from the date of the transaction or from the date you receive this disclosure form, whichever is later, subject to presentation of one of the following documents:

• an official certificate confirming senior citizen status;
• an immigrant certificate or eligibility certificate;
• a certificate confirming a disability lasting more than six months, issued by a legally authorised authority;
• a disability certificate or confirmation of entitlement to disability-related benefits issued by the relevant national insurance authority;
• a disability certificate issued under any applicable law governing disability rights and related benefits.

Please note that the filter is considered a perishable / consumable item. Therefore, the transaction cannot be cancelled in relation to this product. In other words, no refund will be provided for any used filter, even if the main transaction is cancelled.

However, your cancellation right remains valid in relation to the other components of the order, subject to applicable law and the terms below.

In the case of cancellation of an ongoing service, the company will stop the service and the billing within 3 business days from the date of the cancellation notice, or within 6 business days if the notice was sent by registered mail. You will only be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service actually provided.

In the case of a one-time service, you may cancel the service within 14 days from the date of the transaction or from the date of receipt of this disclosure form, whichever is later, provided that the cancellation is made at least 2 days (excluding rest days) before the scheduled service date.

How to Cancel

A cancellation notice may be submitted in any of the following ways:

• verbally, by telephone or through the company’s offices;
• by registered mail;
• by email;
• through the website.

When submitting your request, please include your:

• full name;
• ID or passport number;
• available mobile phone number;
• transaction number and/or invoice number.

These details will help us identify the relevant transaction.

The product must be returned complete, unused, and in accordance with applicable law.

Cancellation Fees

If the transaction is cancelled within the 14-day cancellation period, for any reason, you will be charged cancellation fees equal to 5% of the transaction value or EUR 100, whichever is lower.

Please note that you are responsible for returning the product to the company. However, this is not a condition for the validity of the cancellation itself.

If the cancellation is due to a defect in the product, a mismatch between the product or service and the details provided by the company, and/or failure to supply the product within the timeframe stated by the company, no cancellation fees will be charged, and the company will collect the product from your premises at no additional cost.

In any of the above cases, if the product has already been installed at your premises, an additional installation fee of EUR 100 will apply.

The cost of any filter, filtration system, lamp, or any other consumable component will not be refunded under any circumstances. The chargeable value will be the amount stated on the invoice before discount.

The refunded amount will be returned to you within 7 business days if the transaction was carried out in person, or within 14 business days if the transaction was carried out remotely (by telephone or internet), from the date the cancellation notice is received, and by the same payment method originally used.

If payment was made by credit card, additional clearing / processing fees charged to the company by the credit card provider may also be deducted, notwithstanding the cancellation.

Nothing in this form shall derogate from the company’s right to deduct from the refund any amount it is entitled to deduct under applicable law, and/or to claim damages from the customer for any loss, damage, or reduction in value caused to the product while it was in the customer’s possession.

Nothing in these terms shall derogate from any provision of applicable law.

Nothing in this disclosure form shall derogate from the company’s rights under applicable law or override any mandatory consumer protection provisions. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency, the applicable law shall prevail.

Customer Confirmation

I confirm that this disclosure form and the warranty certificate attached to it were provided to me at the time of installation.

I confirm that the credit card details I provided to the company are correct, that the card is in my ownership, and that I alone am responsible for any use of this card.

I confirm that the product was installed to my satisfaction and that I received detailed guidance regarding the use of the product, after reading the contents of the warranty certificate.

I confirm that the product was supplied to me on time and that I did not identify any defect and/or mismatch at the time of delivery.
