Cancellation Form
Consumers have the right to cancel a distance sale transaction, subject to and in accordance with Section 14C(c) of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (the “Law”). A cancellation request may be submitted within 14 days from the date of the transaction, from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of the main transaction document, whichever is later.
A consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant may cancel the transaction within 4 months from the date of the transaction, from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of the main transaction document, whichever is later, provided that the transaction included communication between the business and the consumer, including communication by electronic means.
- It is not possible to cancel an order for a product that has been opened or is not in its original packaging, subject to applicable law and the website’s policy.
