Lumina Tap – Premium Under-Sink Hot & Cold Water System with Designer Faucet

Lumina by SPIRIT is a designer under-sink water system that installs inside the cabinet beneath your kitchen sink. It delivers filtered hot water up to 85°C and cold water down to 4°C through a single elegant designer faucet on the worktop, replacing both bulky countertop dispensers and bottled water.

Hot water is fully adjustable from 30°C to 85°C. The same tap can serve a 40°C cup for an infant, a 70°C green tea, or near-boiling water for cooking — without changing systems or kettles.

Cooling is compressor-based, using a Huayi V220 H25B compressor — the same class found in premium European kitchen appliances. The 2.5-litre cold tank holds water at approximately 4°C, ready for instant pour.

Operating noise is measured below 45 dB at half a metre from the unit and at mid-height — quieter than a domestic dishwasher and well below conversational volume. Suitable for open-plan kitchens and apartments where appliance noise matters.

Lumina operates at a standard inlet pressure of approximately 2.5 bar. For homes with low pressure, a booster pump should be installed; for high pressure, a pressure regulator is recommended. Our technicians assess this on site as part of installation.

Yes. Lumina connects to a properly grounded 230V / 50Hz line — the Cyprus standard — through a 15A-rated socket. Extension cables and power splitters should not be used.

Lumina includes dry-heating protection, overheat protection, a 95°C safety thermostat, automatic shut-off at high temperature, full grounding across all components, and a dedicated child-safety lock on the hot-water lever of the faucet.

The under-sink cooling unit measures approximately 375 × 165 × 295 mm and weighs 3 kg. The heating module installs separately inside the cabinet. Our technicians verify cabinet space during installation planning.

Lumina delivers approximately 40–50 cups per hour of either hot or cold water, depending on ambient temperature and usage patterns — sized for active family kitchens and small offices.

The 2.5-litre cold tank delivers approximately ten consecutive cold glasses before the compressor cycles back to full chill. Recovery is fast enough to support hosting and family meals throughout a hot Cyprus afternoon.

Yes. The 4-litre hot tank is sized for pot-filling — pasta water, stock, blanching vegetables — and supports intensive cooking use without long recovery delays between pours.

Lumina is paired with the SPIRIT H401 Heavy Duty filter — granular activated coconut carbon (GAC) with polyphosphate, 2-micron filtration and up to 1,000 litres of capacity. Recommended replacement is every 9–12 months, depending on household usage and the local water hardness in your district of Cyprus.

Lumina is rated to operate on a 230V / 50Hz line and includes both a heating element and a compressor. Average daily consumption is moderate; peak draw occurs briefly during heating cycles. Our installation team confirms electrical sizing for your specific kitchen.
